My local sewing machine dealer - I purchased my machine from my local dealer, Grant House Sewing Machines. I also get thread, tailor’s chalk, scissors, and other notions from them. Support yours. You will need something on short notice, your machine serviced or advice. If you don’t support them, they will not be there when you need them.
bikepacking.com - If your goal is to take these bags on a tour, this is the site to learn about touring. Good advice on what to carry in the bags, and examples of what your bags will need to endure. Reviews of commercial gear to get ideas. They also have some patterns to make your own bags.
google/youtube - Search for diy bike bag. There are videos, images, and blog posts on how to sew bike bags.
